Your day trip to Essaouira from Marrakech starts at 08h00 AM. Cross the Houaz Plains towards the picturesque village of Sidi Lmokhtar just West of Marrakech. You will have a coffee break and continue past this area’s unique Argan trees forest. It is where you will find goats climbing trees searching for Argan nuts, a wonderful and rare sight to behold. You can stop at a local cooperative that processes Argan oil before continuing to Val d’Argan, a vineyard established by a French wine connoisseur. If you choose, you can partake in wine tasting before leaving for Essaouira.

Upon arrival in Essaouira, you will be greeted by your local guide, who will show you around the city. You’ll visit the Medina, the Mellah (old Jewish quarter), the Kasbah (old military bastion), and the fishermen’s port. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
